Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant position based in Auckland. The Assistant will support daily operational tasks, including managing schedules, handling administrative duties, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The role requires assisting in maintaining organization, managing correspondence, and providing clerical support. A proactive and organized approach is essential for efficiently supporting the team and achieving company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills to effectively manage schedules, correspondence, and office workflows
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication to ensure seamless reporting and team interactions
• Basic knowledge and experience in office tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams, as well as take initiative independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth daily operations
• Experience in a similar role is preferred; familiarity with customer-focused environments is a plus
• A professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on client and team satisfaction
