Corporate Secretarial Functions : Handle a full range of corporate secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and regulatory requirements.Compliance & Record Keeping : Utilize digital corporate secretarial tools and software to streamline processes, maintain statutory records, and enhance client experience.Document Preparation & Filings : Draft and prepare board resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other statutory forms for submission to SSM.Company Incorporation & Changes : Support company incorporation, changes in directors / shareholders, share transfers, and other corporate restructuring tasks.Client Statutory Records Management : Maintain and update clients' statutory records using digital systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Regulatory Advisory : Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance requirements, and best practices in line with digital transformation initiatives.Administrative & Other Tasks : Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as required, contributing to process improvement and digitalization efforts.
