Lending Specialist - Rolleston, Canterbury

We are a locally based business and enjoy being involved in the Selwyn community.We're looking for an enthusiastic full-timer to join our Rolleston team.

This role requires someone who is energetic, highly driven and with a strong customer focus who can establish effective professional relationships across our diverse portfolio of clients.You will have a high desire to succeed and can identify new opportunities to grow and meet company objectives.Just some of the things you're responsible for : Customer loan inquiry and account management for new leads and existing customers.Processing and assessment of loan applicationsDisclosure of customer contract terms, contract signing, and account creationCustomer account arrears managementAttend training as required by MTFAny other duties as may be reasonably required by the employer from time to time.You'll need to have : Enjoy working as a team but also capable managing your own workload.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsOrganised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detailHigh levels of integrity and privacy, able to maintain strict confidentialityConfident working with numbers and can grasp new technology products quicklyNo prior experience in lending or financial services necessary — we provide full training.What you'll receive in return : Full training using dedicated web-based finance management systemsA great working environmentAn attractive salary package and benefitsAn energetic working environment with a highly-skilled and driven teamA strong company and team culture, with regular team building and ongoing in-house trainingThe best technology and training available, enabling you to fit the right loan to the right person, accurately and responsibly.A full position description is available on request.
