About the role
We have a great opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team! Partnering with our ops teams, you’ll be right in the thick of our business, working with our people on the ground and the leaders who make our business tick.
As the Senior HR Business Partner for our manufacturing portfolio, you’ll be supported by an HR Advisor to make a real difference in the people space. This role is fun and varied and no two days are the same! You’ll be working with our people and leaders on the frontline to ensure they have what they need in the people space to be successful and deliver. As their trusted partner, you’ll build strong relationships, hear them out on their challenges, and provide specialist support and guidance on policy, process and all things people. Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, you’ll be supported by a talented Safety, People & Culture team who are passionate about changing the game for our people and our leaders.
We’re looking for someone who loves ops - you’re comfortable wearing your high-vis, steel caps, and rolling up your sleeves to connect with our people and understand their day-to-day. We’re looking for someone who wants to be visible, who wants to connect, and who wants to truly partner to deliver great outcomes.
