As part of our Learning and Development team, you'll lead the design and development of engaging digital learning experiences, transforming complex information into accessible, user-friendly content for our Customer Services team.
You'll consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and provide expert advice to enhance the capability of new and existing staff.
Your work will involve evaluating learning initiatives through careful analysis, design, and development — delivering solutions through instructor-led training, eLearning modules, micro-learning, and other digital platforms.
You'll also ensure trainers and digital developers are equipped for successful implementation of these learning activities.

Your knowledge and understanding of current and emerging best practices in instructional design is key.
What you will bring :
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Instructional Design
Proven successful creation and implementation of courses / curricula
Knowledge of all main Instructional Design systems
Self-managing and able to quickly adapt in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities (highly regarded)
A good understanding of AI tools and their place in the workplace
Design / Video Production skills is an advantage
