About the Role

I am working with a respected law firm in the heart of the CBD that's looking to add a Legal Executive to their growing Private Wealth team.

This is a hands-on position for someone with proven experience in trusts and estate.

We are looking for someone who enjoys owning a process from start to finish and building strong client relationships.

You'll be working closely with a small, tight-knit team consisting of a Partner, Senior Solicitor and Junior Solicitor, as well as wider teams across the firm.

Responsibilities

End-to-end involvement in high-quality private wealth matters

Manage calendars, prepare legal documents, run trustee meetings, and ensure team accountability across matters

Continue to build technical knowledge in trusts and estates

What You'll Need to Bring

Legal Executive Qualification and 1-2 years' experience in a law firm

Hands-on experience working across trusts, wills and estates

Ability to confidently manage files end-to-end, draft documents, liaise with clients, and support team processes

A professional, polished approach and a genuine interest in growing your career in the trusts space

Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset

What's on Offer

Excellent salary on offer $85,000-$100,000, depending on experience
