System Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive System Engineer to support our IT infrastructure, business systems, and users across the region.

If you are passionate about technology and eager to grow in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 user support, including troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues.Manage user support tickets and change requests.Support and maintain Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or SCADA systems.Deliver Level 1 support for desktops / laptops, virtualization, network switches, and VoIP systems.Perform day-to-day administration and regional support for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments.Administer and manage next-generation endpoint protection solutions.Participate in infrastructure and application projects, including planning, execution, and implementation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Scrum / Agile experience is an advantage.Minimum 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain Management), preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage.Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and innovate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why Join UsExposure to regional IT operations and digital transformation projects.Opportunities for career development and continuous learning.Be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your ideas matter.
