Role and Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, systems, or platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and systems analysts to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and design software solutions that meet those needs.

Review code written by other developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and overall quality.

Participate in crisis management and recovery for high-priority incidents in production.

Participate in high-level estimation and resource planning.

Coordinate among multiple stakeholders from internal and external systems to perform end-to-end solutions that are customer-centric and align with the Bank's vision and enterprise solution guidelines.

Capability and Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience in VisionPlus issuing and / or acquiring.

Hands-on experience in VisionPlus development and production batch support.

Good understanding of VisionPlus batch and online architecture.

Hands-on experience with VisionPlus modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, SSC, LTS, MBS).

Conduct production support – manage incidents, problem records, and tracking SLAs.

Good understanding of Agile methodology and hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence tools.

Added advantage : Schemes (Visa, MasterCard & UPI) issuing and acquiring knowledge.

Added advantage : Card personalization and PIN management knowledge.

Added advantage : Knowledge of Endeavor, TRAMS AG, SAS, Control M, and Control D tools.

Added advantage : Understanding of the Cloud and industry certifications for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
