A world-renowned company providing several products & services across multiple industries is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who’s ready to take the next step in their career.
This is a strategic role and will be responsible for reliability, scalability and security of their global web platform.
You’ll own the infrastructure, CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and environment management whilst supporting systems & leading a distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage cloud hosting environments – you can come from an AWS, Azure or GCP environment
- Implement infrastructure-as-code practices to improve repeatability and reduce manual effort.
- Champion automation across environments to improve developer efficiency and reduce error rates.
- Ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure aligned with business needs.
- Oversee environment strategy (dev, staging, UAT, production), including provisioning, refreshes, and access controls.
- CI / CD & Automation – Design, maintain, and improve CI / CD pipelines for consistent, automated deployments.
- Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Drive site reliability practices : availability, performance, capacity planning, and incident response.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and lead continuous improvement of platform reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, preferably in enterprise web platforms.Expertise with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation / orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong skills in CI / CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).Familiarity with monitoring / logging tools (e.g., New Relic, ELK, Datadog) and incident response practices.Strong understanding of security practices, vulnerability management, and compliance standards (e.g. PCI DSS, GDPR).Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work across distributed, global teams.Clear communication in English (written and spoken).If you’re interested in this opportunity, please get in touch with
