In this pivotal role, you'll help shape housing outcomes that are grounded in manaakitanga, strengthen community connections, and lead high-performing teams who work with compassion and purpose.Over the next six months, your focus will be on partnering with internal and external stakeholders to onboard warm, safe, and dry whare for whanau — creating lasting impact and contributing to innovative, people-centred housing solutions that uphold mana and wellbeing.

Additionally, ensuring the whanau are supported by best practice service delivery.Based in Tawa, Wellington, you'll oversee housing services across the Wellington and Central regions, travelling between Masterton and Napier to support teams and strengthen relationships.
