Project Manager

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Transportation, Project Management or IT-related fields.

3–5 years' experience in project management (smart city, IT, AI, or infrastructure preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills; Excellent bilingual communication and leadership skills.

Familiar with Agile / Scrum and traditional project management methods.

PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do

Lead Projects End-to-End : Own the full lifecycle — from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

Partner with Clients & Agencies : Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and deliver clear progress updates.

Drive Team Collaboration : Coordinate cross-functional teams (software, AI, hardware, engineering), and bridge our Singapore and China teams.

Ensure Quality & Compliance : Oversee documentation, testing, and regulatory alignment; continuously improve processes.
