Responsibilities
To assist Project manager in planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Involve and coordinate with sub-contractor on mechanical and piping installation work on site.
Assist Project Manager to check and evaluating the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
Supervise all works performed by subcontractors at site to ensure that quality works are produced and meet client's requirement.
Perform overall quality control of the work
Prepare shop drawing, as-built drawing.
Assist Process and interface Manager to resolve problem with client
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in handling ACMV and in construction industry
Experience and relevant knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, chilled water system performance
Keen to learn, possess positive attitude and able to work independently
