You’re a policy professional who thrives on complexity and cares about equity. With at least 2–3 years’ Senior Analyst / Advisor-level policy experience, you can balance sharp analysis with empathy for those affected by policy decisions. Experience in funding or investment policy would be an advantage, but what matters most is your capacity for systems thinking and ability to produce clear, actionable advice that drives better outcomes.
