We aim to positively impact our people, communities, and environment every day.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Bar Attendant or similar role in a venue or hotel.LCQ Certificate preferred.Cocktail / Barista experience preferred.Managers Licence preferred.Restaurant floor experience is a bonus.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesTake direction from Supervisor and / or Manager, maintaining a proactive approach.Attend to customer needs promptly, ensuring professional, helpful, and courteous interactions.Complete checklists / tasks efficiently during your shift and report issues immediately.Beverage Preparation : Mix cocktails, pour beer and wine, prepare coffee and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.Customer Service : Greet guests, take orders, serve on the floor, and recommend menu items.

Handle inquiries and special requests professionally.Bar Maintenance : Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked.
