About The Role
You'll be working closely with our senior office administrator to provide full administrative support to our sales team.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who's proactive, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties : Welcoming clients, managing mail, maintaining office presentation, and keeping communal areas tidy.
Office Administration : Preparing submissions, processing listings, ordering marketing materials, assisting with advertising, managing property documentation, and maintaining online listings.
Sales Support : Assisting the team with printing, scanning, photo editing (Canva / Photoshop), and weekly reporting.
General Office Duties : Maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
You'll bring
Some admin experience (real estate experience a bonus but not essential)
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and reliability
Experience using Microsoft office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva)
