As we build our team from the ground up, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to help us deliver the exceptional service our customers know and love.
About the role :
As the Customer Experience Team Leader, you’ll lead our Customer Experience team — a combined group that includes both Checkouts and the Customer Service Desk. Together, this team is the heart of our store and the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, whether that’s answering phones, processing special orders, or providing fast, friendly service at the checkout.
You’ll be responsible for :
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Sunday to Thursday on a roster that includes at least one evening shift finishing at 7 : 15 pm.
