Coffee Specialist

The Havana team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Coffee guru to join the team as our Coffee Specialist and Café Manager , based in Wellington at our Havana HQ reporting through to our Marketing Manager.

You will deliver an exceptional cafe experience at our Wellington roastery, whilst fostering a rich appreciation and deeper understanding of coffee among our clientele and team members.

This is an exciting role which combines hands-on cafe management with coffee expertise, customer development, and hosting experiences that showcase Havana's coffee excellence to customers nationwide.

Your key responsibilities will include : Deliver an outstanding daily cafe experience for customers and ensure and coffee quality standards are high Develop and execute a programme of coffee experiences for consumer clientele Develop and deliver comprehensive coffee training programs for staff
