Construction Project Manager

OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish, with the ability to accurately schedule project timelines, read plans / blueprints, and communicate effectively with subcontractors.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and managing comprehensive project plansCoordinating with vendors, contractors, and subcontractorsEnsuring that projects are completed on time and within budgetManaging budgets, schedules, and project timelinesAnalyzing and resolving project issuesCommunicating with clients and stakeholdersReading and interpreting construction plans and blueprintsUtilizing construction project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman)Qualifications2+ years of experience in construction project managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Contractor Foreman)Ability to accurately schedule and manage project timelinesMust have a valid driver's license (Company vehicle may be provided if necessary)Job Types : Full-time, TemporaryPay : $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefitsHealth insurancePaid time offWork Location : In person
