The team you will be joining is tight-knit, ambitious and motivated, and they are keen to upskill and professionally develop the right candidates.What You'll Be DoingBe the friendly first point of contact for customers across phone, email, website, and digital channels – making every interaction a great one.Triage enquiries quickly and accurately, connecting customers with the right team and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Play a key role in keeping customers coming back – from service reminders and recall campaigns to re-engaging lapsed customers with promotions.Build strong partnerships with Dealer Service Advisors and fleet contacts to keep everything running smoothly.Jump in to support your teammates with other tasks during busy times and represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and consistencyAbout YouPrevious experience in Service Advisor or Customer Service / Sales roles – ideally from the automotive industryGood attitude, drive and motivationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA clear criminal and credit historyFull NZ driver's licenseApply Now!
