What does a Safety & Wellbeing Advisor do?

At Corys, safety is everyone’s responsibility — and it begins with you. In this role, you’ll support our “Safety Starts with Me” culture by working closely with teams across our branches. As a key safety advocate, you will :

• Deliver health, safety, and wellbeing advice throughout the business
• Maintain and improve safety systems, risk management, and wellbeing programs
• Support leaders to be active safety role models
• Develop and deliver engaging safety training (both in-person and online)
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and standards
• Assist with incident investigations and support employee return-to-work processes
• Encourage open conversations about safety and wellbeing in the workplace
