Workplace Experience Representative - Hamilton (10-months)

• Ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Co-ordinating any maintenance required for both Hamilton Customer Service Centre and Union Square, including building relationships with key suppliers.
• Maintaining and replenishing of office supplies such as canteen, stationery, and hygiene supplies
• Fleet management, including telematics reporting
• Invoice processing and monthly expense accruals
• Managing starters, leavers and changes for staff working from Union Square.
• Identifying and owning your risks and incidents, in-line with our risk management programme
• Support a safe working environment by embracing our Health and Safety framework
