Workplace Experience Representative - Hamilton (10-months)
Ensuring the smooth running of the office
Co-ordinating any maintenance required for both Hamilton Customer Service Centre and Union Square, including building relationships with key suppliers.
Maintaining and replenishing of office supplies such as canteen, stationery, and hygiene supplies
Fleet management, including telematics reporting
Invoice processing and monthly expense accruals
Managing starters, leavers and changes for staff working from Union Square.
Identifying and owning your risks and incidents, in-line with our risk management programme
Support a safe working environment by embracing our Health and Safety framework
To shine in the role :
Experience in administration, supplier management, or a role requiring a high level of autonomy and organisation.
Full NZ Drivers Licence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build effective relationships and be the natural go-to person when problems arise.
