But imagine the impact you could make.Where you'll make an impact We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technology Experience Partner to proactively support to our Waikato and Bay of Plenty care homes and retirement villages.

Reporting to the Technology Experience Manager, you'll use your strong relationship management skills to help develop strong stakeholder relationships within Bupa's care homes and retirement villages, as well as our property team and third-party vendors.

You will ensure Bupa technology users always have a point of contact and that the Bupa technology environment is maintained to specified standards and policies.This is a dynamic, mobile role that supports multiple sites which requires site visits to provide a proactive service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide regional ownership of core technology services including CCTV and nurse call systemsAct as the primary point of contact for onsite technology users, ensuring they have access to technology supportManage and resolve incidents, problems and service requests, coordinating with third-party vendors as neededBuild and maintain relationships with regional sites and external vendors to ensure seamless technology operationsMaintain and update technical documentation for all sites, ensuring compliance with standards and policiesSecurity advocacyAbout YouProven experience in IT Support Services, ideally in a healthcare or similar environment, via phone and onsite.Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Office application suite as well as System Administration for Microsoft Server Operating SystemsExperience with user account managementITIL, to at least foundation level and Microsoft Technical Qualification DesirableComputer building and troubleshooting skills at hardware and software levelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship managementStrong customer service orientationValid full New Zealand driver's license and willingness to travel as requiredExtra Reasons to BelongFully subsidised Southern Cross health insurance to our eligible permanent NZ employees and a discount on insurance cover for eligible family members.Wellbeing discounts, EAP counselling services, study support, and cultural leave.Paid parental leave - in addition to standard parental leave, Bupa offers 12 weeks of paid leave for primary carers and 2 weeks for secondary carers.Professional Development – in-house and external training and development.Industry-competitive remuneration and benefits, and internal reward and recognition programmes.
