Payroll Manager

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Payroll Manager to lead our payroll team in delivering effective, timely, and accurate fortnightly payroll processing for our workforce of over
• employees.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service to our internal clients across the Tranzit Group of companies.The RoleLeadership and support of our payroll team of seven, ensuring effective, timely and accurate fortnightly payroll processing.Provide expert guidance and solutions, as an escalation point for queries.Liaise with project teams to support the ongoing improvement and development of our payroll system, PayGlobal.Ensure strict compliance with all relevant payroll legislation, company policies, and procedures.Delivery of exceptional service to all internal clients, divisional and company managers.Proactively identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems.Partner with divisional and company leaders to support process efficiency, data accuracy, and legislative compliance.We Are Looking ForDemonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with strong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent knowledge and practical application of employment and payroll-related legislation.Extensive payroll experience and knowledge, ideally in a large, complex organisation -experience with PayGlobal is highly advantageous.Demonstrated experience in implementing payroll process improvements and delivering training and development.Balanced and informed approach to problem-solving.High level of accountability and follow-through on all responsibilities.Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.Willingness to be hands-on with payroll processing if required to support your team.Interested?
