This is a permanent, Wellington based role.We are about to embark on a significant replacement of our payroll system; this is a key architectural role, bringing together our solution provider, system integrators and wider ACC teams to deliver a cohesive end-to-end architecture.About you | MouYou'll have proven experience working within corporate systems, specifically with payroll and HCM systems, delivering integrated customer centric solutionsDeep knowledge of payroll and integrating into wider eco-systemsExperience collaborating with both business and technical teams to deliver clear, scalable architectural outcomesA passion for user-centered design and a commitment to improving business performance through smart techProficient in creating architectures that can be easily understood by key stakeholdersYou're someone who can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders bringing together diverse points of viewFamiliarity with SAFe principles and agile architectureStrong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skillsProven experience in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components across architectural domainsSound understanding of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutionsWorking at ACC | Mo ACCAt ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand's cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
