Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
Being matched with experienced mentors for guidance through the final three years of study
Attending tailored quarterly mentoring sessions supporting academic, personal, and professional growth
Participating in hands-on learning opportunities across real-world projects and design environments
Engaging in ongoing check-ins from the People & Culture team to ensure support and empowerment
Connecting with the Jasmax team and whanau through studio visits and shared kai
Accessing resources and support for assessments, CVs, portfolios, and interview preparation
About You
The company is looking for :
A current Maori or Pasifika student enrolled in a Bachelor of Architecture programme at a New Zealand university
Currently in second year of study, entering the final year in 2026
Passionate about architecture and eager to grow personally and professionally
Willing to share your story, cultural values, and aspirations in a short written statement
Open to mentorship, connection, and reciprocal learning
Optional : CV, portfolio, or work samples to illustrate your journey
