Roblawmax Recruitment is partnering with a forward-thinking organization to find a highly skilled and motivated Civil Designer. This full-time permanent position is based in the Gladstone region and offers the chance to work on impactful municipal infrastructure projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Role As a Civil Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering municipal infrastructure projects. From concept to completion, you will ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to quality standards. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor team members, improve design processes, and contribute to the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design municipal infrastructure projects, including conceptual and detailed designs, "For Construction," and "As Built" drawings.
• Utilize civil design software to prepare technical documentation, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve service requests and provide timely project updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor team members to enhance their capabilities.
