Your Impact :
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation and based in Auckland, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of projects from a supply chain and operations perspective.
Some of these projects will include manufacturing improvement, processes redesign, planning optimisationand other broader a2MC business projects.
More specifically, you will be involved in :
Developing detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Facilitating communication between project teams, supply chain, third-party manufacturers, and stakeholders.
Monitoring project progress and addressing deviations from plan to ensure milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress and effectively address any deviations from plan.
Determine risk mitigation plans and lead project stakeholders to implement risk mitigation plan(s).
Collaborate with all internal and external parties to manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Tracking project performance and provide any required reports to the management team.
What you will bring :
Experience in project management within a manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG environment.
Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proven skills in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving project deliverables.
Relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related discipline (PMP certification advantageous).
