We are seeking an inspiring head teacher to lead our passionate teaching team.

You will :
Lead with heart, guiding a team of dedicated kaikao
Nurture a learning culture that values inquiry, creativity, and authentic documentation
Build strong, trusting relationships with whanau and the wider community
Ensure alignment with Te Wharik i,ERO expectations, and our Tiny Voices philosophy
Support a rich curriculum that responds to children's interests, aspirations, and dispositions.
You'll bring :
A recognised ECE teaching qualification and full NZ teacher certification
Strong pedagogical knowledge and leadership experience
A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bicultural practice
A reflective, collaborative approach to professional growthA genuine love for supporting both tamariki and kaiako to thrive.
