The Home Ownership Customer Lifecycle Manager is responsible for creating meaningful cross-channel journeys that help our customers and potential customers with their goals, while delivering a ROI back to the business.
Working within a marketing squad, the role will be responsible for delivering the lifecycle marketing program for home ownership.
Using behavioural data and insights you'll design programs and journeys that connect into the broader marketing activity to support Kiwi wherever they are on their home ownership journey, offering value and guidance that help them move forward in the way that's right for them.

Responsibilities
Deliver the lifecycle marketing program for home ownership within a marketing squad.
Design cross-channel journeys using behavioural data and insights to support customers on their home ownership journey.
Connect lifecycle programs to broader marketing activity to deliver value and guidance.
Qualifications
6+ years\' experience in marketing and customer communications, ideally within financial services
A proven track record in developing targeted, data-driven marketing strategies that drive behaviour change
Confidence in navigating complex projects and fast-paced environments
Skilled at stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong copywriting skills, translating complex messages into simple, engaging content
Depth of understanding in marketing technology platforms—Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
Adept at juggling competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in the financial services industry or other complex service-based environments
