Job Description
As a Merchandise Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver effective and efficient merchandising activities, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures.
Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required
Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
Assist with customer service requirements including counter duties as required
