Customer Specialist Team Manager (9-Months Fixed Term)

As a leader of the Customer Specialist team, you will support customers with simple and easy banking experiences every day, handling a wide range of enquiries from diverse customers.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of passionate Customer Specialists, inspiring the ASB purpose and vision through exceptional leadership and coaching skills.

Create an environment that supports the bank's purpose of Accelerating Financial Progress for all New Zealanders.

Qualifications

Proven leadership with the ability to focus on the wider vision and strategy while managing both operational and efficiency metrics.

Passionate and able to drive and motivate others to provide unbeatable experiences and outcomes for our customers.

Leadership qualities and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment to give clear direction, guidance, and support as required.

A growth mindset – able to manage ambiguity, time pressure, influencing others, team building, resilience, and conflict management.

Build credibility with the team, proactive, and confident in fostering a successful team environment.

Exceptional stakeholder management at all levels, ability to develop strong relationships.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the team to continuously demonstrate our ASB values and mindsets.
