The Availability 2IC assists with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.

There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager by being responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Manager's Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams.

This role works evenings.

Working Hours

Tuesday 2 : 00 pm – 9 : 00 pm (Nightfill)

Wednesday 2 : 00 pm – 9 : 00 pm (Nightfill)

Thursday 2 : 00 pm – 9 : 00 pm (Nightfill)

Friday 12 : 30 pm – 9 : 00 pm (Availability 2IC)

Saturday 12 : 30 pm – 9 : 00 pm (Availability 2IC)

Qualifications

Drive and urgency

The ability to interpret and execute plans

Good written and verbal communication skills

Leadership experience or attributes
