The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Advisor to support the organisation in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our business processes.
In this critical role, you will ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance, combining expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) with a strong understanding of internal controls, risk, and quality management.
Responsibilities
Contribute to a dynamic period of transformation in Water reform.
Develop and deliver our business process model.
Based in our Petone office close to the beach and shops.
Work across the organisation to drive and advocate for quality processes.
Implement and maintain the structure of the BPM framework.
Collaborate with technology systems teams and ensure integration of business process and technology systems capability.
Ensure ongoing sustainability and efficiency of the framework and tools.
Build and maintain partnerships and relationship management across the organisation.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in business process frameworks, analysis, quality assurance, or a similar field.
A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience is required.
A deep understanding of business operations, core processes, and value chains.
Competency with business process and quality assurance software.
Strong presentation, negotiation, motivation and advocacy skills.
Expertise in applying quality and risk management principles and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Employment details
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Retirement & KiwiSaver included in remuneration.
Salary range
101,125 to 142,765 p.a (dependent on skills and experience).
