Join Northpower as a Health & Safety Systems Administrator to maintain and improve H&S systems, supporting workplace safety in a leading multi-utility company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
Administer H&S systems including Q-Pulse and H&S SharePoint
Conduct data and system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support monthly HSQE reporting and improvements to systems
Manage H&S documentation lifecycle, change requests, and communications
Monitor occupational health and injury data, escalating issues as needed
Provide training and coaching to system users and super users
Promote H&S communications via SharePoint and Hub articles
Champion continuous improvement and safety culture
Collaborate closely with the Group Safety Systems Manager, H&S Business Analyst, and internal and external stakeholders
Support injury management and occupational health monitoring
About You
The company is looking for :
A qualification in Business or Systems (preferred)
Experience in Health & Safety or Enterprise Risk Management systems
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and ISO Management Standards (advantageous)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
