Class 5 Container Truck Driver

Formed in 2020, Neptune Pacific Line acquired Pacific Direct Line, bringing together two of the South Pacific’s top shipping and logistics companies to support the full supply chain of our customers in the region. NPDL is seeking an experienced Class 5 Container Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting 20 and 40-foot containers to and from customer sites and depots on time.

Responsibilities will include :

• Safely transporting 20 and 40-foot containers to and from customer sites and depots on time
• Predominantly metro work (with some shorthaul and linehaul required from time to time)
• Loading / unloading containers efficiently and securely
• Conducting pre-start fleet checks
• Maintaining accurate documentation around deliveries / pickups (including compliance with logbook entries)
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
