With a well-defined career pathway and a diverse project pipeline in place, this is a role where your impact will be immediate, and valued.What you'll be doing : Leading land development-related environmental engineering projects across stormwater, infrastructure and site developmentPreparing modelling, reporting, consenting documentation, and providing technical oversight to junior team membersCollaborating closely with clients, councils, and internal stakeholders across multiple live developmentsReporting into a high-performing and visible leader in the environmental space, with mentorship from a principal-level engineerHelping shape technical delivery, process improvement, and team capability as part of a well-established functionWhat we're looking for : 7+ years of environmental engineering experience in New Zealand, including significant work in land developmentProficiency in stormwater management design and assessmentStrong written communication and the ability to work independently with council engagementChartered status or well-progressed toward CPEng is a plusSomeone with drive, grit, and a desire to contribute to a high-functioning team environmentWhy this role?
