Overview
The Department of Conservation Te Papa Atawhai (DOC) invites applications for a Senior Advisor Complaints within the Governance and Government Services team. This newly created role focuses on developing a new approach to managing complaints, providing specialist resolution advice, triaging complaints, and supporting process improvements.
Location : Conservation House, Wellington. Permanent role with flexible working arrangements.
Team and context : Public Affairs supports the organisation to build trust with New Zealanders, Parliament, stakeholders, and staff. The role sits within the Governance and Government Services team and contributes to DOC’s reputation, funding strategies, and broader engagement across risk, governance, Ministerial support, communications, partnerships, brand, design, and digital expertise.

You will have a solid understanding of the impact of these processes on a government agency, with strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills.
