What is this role?
As our Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the heart of a mission that matters — helping every parent in Aotearoa feel confident and every child feel deeply loved.

Some key responsibilities of the role :
Manage the development and implementation of the fundraising plan for the organisation which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding.
Develop a strong and sustainable fundraising portfolio comprising both existing and new donors and partners.
Ensure existing corporate partner obligations are met and new corporate partnership opportunities are explored.
Provide supervision and work collaboratively with the Fundraising Specialist.
Oversee existing fundraising campaigns, events and new initiatives.

A strategic thinker who can lead the organisation to ward long-term financial sustainability.
Strong relationship and communication skills inspiring others to be excited and supportive of our vision – from individuals through to corporates.
A collaborative, hands-on approach to achieving organisational goals.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Proven experience in cultivating major donors, philanthropic relationships, and corporate partnerships to support long-term sustainability.
Experience and knowledge in fundraising in the not-for-profit sector is preferable.
