remote type : Hybrid RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our internal domain customers and the team. We're looking for an exceptional person who is technically minded as well as flexible and adaptable in their approach to business analysis with a broad range of interpersonal and analysis skills, who can interpret our customers’ needs and work with the team to select the right solution for the job at hand based on experience and knowledge to deliver value into successful outcomes for our customers. Alongside our Platform Owner, the Analyst will support and enable new agile ways of working within the team to drive positive delivery flow to our customers.

• This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Auckland or Wellington. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.We sat down with the Platform Owner (Who you’ll report to), and they let us know the following about the role :
• What are the day to day
• Provide interpretation of technical information to the business and business information / requirements, non-functional requirements to technical teams to enable delivery of Ensure there is complete understanding of project / initiative objectives, technical and business requirements within the team you are part of. Undertake timely engagement and ongoing communication with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met and expectations are being managed.
• What
• 3 – 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst, working with technology teams. Experience with designing Salesforce solutions, e.g. specification that are ready to be picked up by one of our nCino developers and testers.Specific nCino experience is highly desirable.- Experience defining and working with microservices and APIs.- Experience working within an agile development environment.Good communication, facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills- Experience working with external vendors.Ability to cope with differing priorities, work pressure and responsibility .- Ability to build excellent working relationships with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to analyse & manipulate data.We're the bank for New Zealand.
