We’re seeking a proactive and hands‑on Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of Southern Cross’s Supply Chain Maturity project. The role is essential within the project team, focused on delivering increased capability, streamlined processes, and supporting systems to local supply chain functions across Southern Cross hospitals.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time role (1.0 FTE). The role involves regular travel to Southern Cross hospital sites across New Zealand, typically 12 to 14 weeks per site. Assignments last a working week on‑site, with return to your Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch base at week’s end.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation of new supply chain systems and practices, working closely with hospital teams to embed changes, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition. The role involves hands‑on inventory work, product labelling improvements, and ongoing collaboration with both local and project teams to drive operational excellence.
