Responsibilities

• The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.
• There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.
• You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained and our store shines so it's a safe and positive work environment for everyone.

Qualifications

Ultimately we're looking for someone with leadership experience, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.

If you've had any experience in retail preferably in stock, merch, recovery and presentation that would be a real advantage and if you're someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and get things done, then you could be the perfect fit for us!
