In this role, you'll be the driving force behind a well-oiled warehouse – ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You'll lead by example – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support your team on the warehouse floor, and champion smart process improvements that deliver real impact.What you'll be doing : Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operationsKeeping inventory tight and stock under controlLeading your team with confidence and clarityChampion Health & Safety best practices – keeping your team and workplace safeSpotting opportunities to improve processes and making them happenAbout you : You've got 5+ years' experiencein warehousing, and you know how to get the best out of your team.

You're hands-on, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.You bring : Proven experience in warehouse operations (FMCG or food industry experience highly regarded)A safety mindset and solid H&S knowledgeStrong communication skills with the ability to build trust and foster team accountabilityProven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and transport partnersValid forklift licenseTFO certification is desired but not essentialWhy UCC Coffee?
