Asa Shift Manager, you are responsible for : Thisis a hands-on position, you will also work to make and serve : big, bold,deliciousness (great burgers) to everyone.Supervisea small team of Fast Food workers (Cooks & Kitchen Hands) and support themto be successful by coaching, ensuring breaks are taken etc.Ensurethat all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality andcustomer measures.Problemsolve should issues arise and escalate to experts as required e.g. if kitchenmachinery require repairing.Ensurethe Health & Safety of all employees.Assistswith Promoting Restaurant Profitability e.g. focus on costs and maximisingcustomer opportunities.Whatwe offer you : PermanentemploymentSalary : $

• K gross per annum, depending on skills and experience.Guaranteedhours of 40 hours per week to be worked over any 5 days of the week, Monday toSunday.Hoursand days of work will depending on the rostered shifts you are assigned.Additionalhours, if agreed, are also paid (hours over 80 per fortnight)Opportunity to continue to learn and grow your career with us!
