Job descriptionNurturing and developing a high-performing team - upskilling team members and driving their performance on a daily basis, keeping in mind a people-focused culture Supporting the Store Manager with financial operations including KPIs, finance & P&L Leading by example with exceptional customer service - driving your team to make customer-centric decisions Managing processes and compliance in line with industry-specific laws Fun, driven, engaged and down-to-earth individual with strong ethics in terms of people - able to engage with people from all walks of life and build real connections Strong experience within complex / technical retail management Solid financial skills - experience in sales metrics & KPIs A strong, positive presence - you are a role model and do not hide behind the curtain Driven, emotionally mature & resilient individual who can lead with empathy Hard working, hands-on leadership style $60k-$65k base + South Auckland location + Sun-Thurs roster with NO LATE NIGHTS! Assistant Store Manager | Auckland
This role is based in South Auckland across their retail stores. It offers a purpose-driven, people-focused culture with long-standing leadership and a team that values growth and individuality.
