Lead Electrician

Our Projects & Maintenance team are looking for an EWRB registered electrician to join our busy crew that service the oil & gas, dairy, water, renewable energy sectors and more.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial or domestic electrician looking to move into the industrial sector.

The role :

This is a full time position based in Taranaki, and there may be requirements for overtime work or overnight travel during shutdowns or scheduled project events.

Some specific jobs may include :

• Working at heights
• Explosive atmosphere (hazardous area)
• Producing and interpreting documentation for worksheets and reporting

What we’re looking for :

We’re after a sparkie with some experience in leading field crews associated with projects and maintenance.

Experience in oil & gas and industrial sectors is preferred, but not essential as we provide training and on-the-job opportunities to learn from our best.

What’s most important is that you are customer-focused, motivated to learn and have great communication and literacy skills.
