DIALOG Fitzroy Tower Services undertake maintenance and refurbishment services including blasting and painting works, and its associated activities on tower structures and substations for clients throughout New Zealand.

We're looking for an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of the Electrical Transmission / Distribution Industry to lead projects from start to finish. Be part of a dynamic, results-driven team that gets things done.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full lifecycle of tower painting projects with agility and precision.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Coordinator, Training & Quality Coordinator, and Site Supervisors to ensure safe, timely, and high-spec delivery.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and support tender proposals and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular project reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
