At Mons Royale, we believe action and adventure sports can be a force for good but most of the gear made for these sports is trashing the planet. That’s why we’re on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres designing high-performance merino apparel that doesn’t mess up the places we love to play.

We’re seeking an experienced Colour & Graphic Designer to lead the creative direction of our seasonal colour and graphic identity. This role requires a high level of creative autonomy, technical expertise and collaboration across design, development and marketing teams.

The position plays a critical role in shaping Mons Royale’s visual and product storytelling, ensuring cohesive, innovative and brand-right design across all collections.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Design

• Develop and lead seasonal colour strategies across men’s, women’s and accessories categories.
• Design graphics, trims, labels, all-over prints and visual motifs that define each season’s storytelling.
• Research and interpret global colour and material trends, adapting them for the outdoor and action sports markets.
• Own and manage the seasonal colour architecture, ensuring a clear flow of colour across monthly product deliveries.
