Role Description

Th is a full-time, on-site role located in Silverdale for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. Day-to-day tasks include financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing financial risks, improving financial processes and systems, and leading the finance team to achieve the company’s financial objectives.

Qualifications

• S rong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in managing financial risks and improving financial processes
• Leadership experience to manage and guide a finance team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is required
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry would be beneficial
