Key Responsibilities :
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of accountants, overseeing the outcomes of the accounting function, and ensuring punctual and precise reporting.
You will be responsible for fulfilling all regulatory requirements, treasury functions, and other services required by the accounting team.
Your role will also involve supporting in implementing key strategies of the Finance Department, establishing best practice policies, and nurturing your team.
You will coordinate with departments within and outside of finance to achieve optimal outcomes.
Support in implementing key strategies of the Finance Department
Guarantee accurate and timely creation of management accounts
Establish and maintain systems to minimise potential fraud and risk
Coordinate financial audits for punctual completion of financial statements
Train, nurture, and allocate resources within the accounting team
Prepare month-end timetable and ensure adherence by all teams
Develop management reporting tools for improved operational involvement
